Terms of service.

By booking an appointment through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Appointments & Cancellations
Please arrive on time for your appointment. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.

2. Late Arrivals
There is a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. Clients arriving 10 minutes or more past their scheduled time are considered late and may need to reschedule, especially if it affects the schedule of following clients. A late fee may apply, and the appointment may be marked as a no-show at the discretion of the provider.

3. Payments
All services must be paid in full, in person, after the appointment. We accept major credit/debit cards through our secure payment system.

4. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for completed services. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.

5. Personal Information
By booking, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information without your permission.

6. Health & Safety
Please inform us of any allergies or skin sensitivities before your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if it may risk your health or safety.

7. Intimate Waxing Services
Clients must be 18 years or older to book any intimate area waxing services. Additionally, intimate waxing services are offered exclusively to female clients. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and deny service if these criteria are not met.

8. Right to Refuse Service
We maintain the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately, disrespectfully, or in violation of our policies.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
